Many nights were spent baking in our small home in Fresno California. I can't tell you how many times I tried to perfect that buttercream recipe out of my already worn out Holly Hubbard Cookbook. Mom would wake to a kitchen covered in flour, with sugar on the floor and a daughter exhausted from creating another scratch made masterpiece. Every young girl dreams of creating the cake everyone awes over, I was determined to create something amazing, something special.

Time passed and my passion for food was put aside. I married the man of my dreams and then welcomed a son into the world about a year and a half later. I enjoyed my time staying home with my son, filling my days with laughter and toys. As happy as I was I felt the need to help provide for my family and do so while working in a career I enjoyed. But what did I want to do, what did I love? I finally decided to turn back to my childhood passion. Cake!

I enrolled in the Texas Culinary Academy's Le Cordon Blu Patisserie and Baking program. Before I knew it, I was in the zone. Time was flying and I was learning more than I ever could have imagined, honing my skills and perfecting my craft. I learned everything from bread baking to plating techniques, but my primary focus was cake decorating. After completing my externship at Michelle's Patisserie, and graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Texas Culinary Academy, I decided to begin my own decorating business in hopes that I can create tiers of joy for years to come.

I am excited to share my talent for cake with the world, knowing that with just one taste, you'll be hooked!

I look forward to meeting you and creating the cake of your dreams.
